Pure pay-as-you-go — top up your balance and spend it as you go. No subscriptions.
How you pay
VocaSync is pay-as-you-go: you top up an account balance and each service deducts from it as you use it. There are no recurring subscriptions, and your balance doesn’t expire. Payments are handled securely by Stripe and every top-up generates an invoice.
The free tier
With a payment card on file, every account gets a monthly allowance:
- 10 minutes / month of forced alignment.
- 1,000 characters / month of standard speech synthesis.
Allowances reset monthly. Transcription, translation, and High Fidelity synthesis are not part of the free tier.
Charges & refunds
Standalone services are charged on successful completion. Workflow bundles are charged upfront on estimated duration, with any failed stage refunded.
Failures cost nothing
Usage tracking
The Billing dashboard shows your real-time balance, remaining free-tier allowances, payment-method status, top-up history, and usage broken down by service and date. You can also set a low-balance alert so you’re warned before you run out.
