Security & sessions

From Settings you can manage how you sign in and keep your account secure:

  • Add or remove passkeys, and update your password.
  • Review active sessions and sign out of devices you don’t recognise.
  • Manage your API keys in the same area.

Notification preferences

Choose which emails VocaSync sends you. Options include:

  • Project completion and failure notifications.
  • Low-balance alerts at a threshold you set, so you can top up before running out.
  • A weekly usage digest.
  • API-key activity alerts.
  • Support-ticket replies and resolution updates.

Support tickets

Need help? Open a ticket from the Support area and pick a category — Billing, Technical, Account, or Other — and a priority. You can add context like an invoice number or a project reference to speed up triage. Replies arrive by email and in the dashboard.
