Secure your account, choose what you're notified about, and get help when you need it.
Security & sessions
From Settings you can manage how you sign in and keep your account secure:
- Add or remove passkeys, and update your password.
- Review active sessions and sign out of devices you don’t recognise.
- Manage your API keys in the same area.
Notification preferences
Choose which emails VocaSync sends you. Options include:
- Project completion and failure notifications.
- Low-balance alerts at a threshold you set, so you can top up before running out.
- A weekly usage digest.
- API-key activity alerts.
- Support-ticket replies and resolution updates.
Support tickets
Need help? Open a ticket from the Support area and pick a category — Billing, Technical, Account, or Other — and a priority. You can add context like an invoice number or a project reference to speed up triage. Replies arrive by email and in the dashboard.
